Known for it's two-story Art-Moderne architecture, the concrete commercial building with simple, utilitarian design has little to no ornamentation. Floor 1 features a stone bulkhead, off-center entrance, and cast-stone tile cladding.
Floor 2 includes two sets of sets of 5 x 6 ribbon windows spanning it's entire wall.

Designed in 1948 by Donald Faragher

Noma loftsOriginally built on the site of the former Odd Fellows Building for Neisner department store on the corner of Clinton Avenue and Division Street. The Firm, Faragher and Macomber, created Rochester's Civic Center, East High, The Four Corners Building, and are remembered today as locally prominent artisans.
